Garlic shrimp fried rice is my absolute favorite fried rice dish. It’s so good and easy to make, and also packed with protein and nutrition. I used white jasmine rice in this recipe but you can use any rice that is soft and fluffy. You can also swap out mushrooms for any other vegetables, like carrots, onions, broccoli, and more.
