Storm chaser Bill Ford documented this large and highly destructive wedge tornado just outside of Cleburne, Texas on May 15, 2013 (preliminarily assessed as an EF-3). Damage surveys are still being conducted, but this tornado was estimated to be one mile wide at the time of this video. The tornado’s parent supercell spawned a number of strong to violent tornadoes, and was responsible for multiple fatalities and heavy damage in several north Texas communities, including Grandbury and DeCordova, where EF-4
