We are thrilled to announce a significant upgrade to our production capabilities with the addition of two new SMT machines line and one selective wave soldering machine! 🎉🤖 SMT (Surface Mount Technology) uses metal wires on a substrate to directly connect electronic components to the substrate, which has three key steps: 1. Apply solder paste; 2: Mount components; 3: Reflow soldering. The last step directly determines the quality of the entire SMT surface mount.🌟 MELINE SMT line is an automatic production line, including PCB auto-uploader, solder paste printer, 3D SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), high-speed mount machine, middle-speed mount machine, 2D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), reflow oven, 3D AOI, and PCBA auto-downloader. 🌟 We work in the PCB and PCBA field all the time, welcome to send us inquiries, we are very happy to services for you.
