Dai's Xinyiquan, also known as Xinyiquan or Xinyi Liuhe Quan, is one of the most outstanding internal martial arts in the Chinese martial arts. For hundreds of years, this boxing has been kept secret within the Dai family in Qixian, Shanxi province. It has a long history, rich content, and mysterious and unfathomable techniques, combining the theories and techniques of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, making it a scientific martial art that focuses on both internal and external training. The techniques follow the objective rules of nature, based on the theory of the balance of yin and yang of heaven and earth, and the theory of the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, which are the essence of Dai's Xinyiquan. Dai's Xinyiquan is one of the three famous internal martial arts (Tai Chi, Bagua, Xingyi), and is the ancestor of Xingyi Quan. Internally, it emphasizes the harmony of heart and intention, intention and Qi, and Qi and strength (these are the internal three harmonies), while externally, it emphasizes the unity of hands and feet, elbows and knees, and shoulders and hips (these are the external three harmonies). Therefore, people also call Dai's Xinyiquan the Xinyi Liuhe Quan, or Xinyiquan of the Six Harmonies. #心意拳 #形意拳 #xinyi #Chinese #Kungfu #Martial #功夫 #武术 #martialarts
