This is our best blueberry cider recipe. Super easy, VERY delicious. We have made many blueberry brews, and the last cider had an off smell. We can only guess it’s due to the oak we used not being fully “disinfected“. So... we tried a different approach, no campden tabs, and no oak. I won’t spoil it for you but... this is a really good blueberry cider! Ingredients: 4 quarts ( Liters) Lakewood Organic Apple Juice: 2 lbs (.907 kg) Frozen Wild Blueberries 2 Lemon Swaths 3 grams Fermaid O: 1/2 Packet Safale S-04 Yeast: Additions: Back sweeten with Allulose to gravity reading: 1 oz (28 grams) Sugar for carbonation “Insurance“ Yeast Racking Video: Brewer’s Friend Priming Calculator: Bottling Video: Two War
