10 Minute Easy Stir-Fry Noodles - Quick Recipe Ideas Ingredients • 85g bean sprouts (cooked for 30 seconds) • 3 bokchoy stalks (boiled) • 95g noodles (boiled, drained) • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 2 tbsp sliced shallots • 1 tbsp cooking oil • 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tsp sesame seeds Sauce • 1 tsp chili flakes (or less) • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce (soy sauce is fine) • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 3 tbsp water • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar • 2 tbsp ketchup • 1 tbsp sriracha 1/2 tsp vinegar 📌 Method • 1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients from the sauce list and set aside. • 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil with garlic, shallots. Stir until they turns golden. • 3.
