*** “If you could see your whole life from the start to finish. Would you change things ?” Dune is now out or will be out in the upcoming weeks/months and I wanted to celebrate this by making this video about the incredible director that is Denis Villeneuve. I discovered Denis Villeneuve in 2016, at one of the lowest point in my life. 2016 was the release of the movie Arrival in my country and my experience watching this film have been life-changing. Since then, I fell in love with every movies he made and thought about making this tribute for a while. I decided to not include “ Maelstrom “ and to include very few of August 32nd on earth, because in my opinion it was only after “ Polytechnique “ that Villeneuve found his true style and started to make the film that define him the most.
