Iona Brown & Patricia Mabee - Linverno (Winter), movement 2: Largo from Vivaldis Four Seasons

Iona Brown, the British violinist who served as LACO’s music director from 1987-1992, performs the “Largo” from Vivaldi’s “Winter” on a 1991 episode of Louise Mayeri Spillman’s “The Eye and The Ear”. Sharing the stage with Iona is principal keyboard Patricia Mabee. Patricia has performed “The Four Seasons” with LACO seven times during her 42-year tenure with the Orchestra.
