The town of Guernica in the Basque in northern Spain was bombed from the air during the Spanish Civil War in 1937. This bombing had a great impact on people all over the world, when the Spanish artist Picasso painted his famous painting “Guernica” and it conveyed a message describing the ugliness of the bombing. In this video, the townspeople wanted to show solidarity with our people in Gaza and expressed it by forming a Palestinian flag with their bodies in the center of the town.
