Boats requisitioned. Private boats and vehicles put to military use. France. Shot looking out over many barges lined up at least 6 deep along side of river (the Seine). These are being requisitioned by the military to help transport supplies. MS of street; probably in Paris; France; horse-drawn wagon carrying a few soldiers, only one really seen; a Zouave who rides standing on step & holding on; followed by 2 policemen on bicycles; then a huge wagon pulled by 2 big horses; carrying several soldiers and big piles of unidentified stuff.
