Two towers, 29 and 30 floors high, house office premises on a total area of 84,000 m². The 15-story tower houses residential apartments with direct access to the shopping center. Abu Dhabi Plaza also houses the five-star Sheraton Hotel, which opened its doors on March 16, 2020. The hotel has 190 rooms and 100 apartments serviced by Sheraton.
