Today, the Russian Defence Ministry tells you why the Lancet UAV is considered one of the most effective means of hitting enemy targets. The Lancet drone belongs to the family of loitering munitions. In the special military operation zone, it is used to destroy armoured vehicles. Russian fighters also actively use these projectiles to strike air defence facilities and other important targets on the front line and in the enemy close rear area. The Lancet drone is often used in counter-battery warfare. For these tasks, the loitering munitions operate in coordination with ZALA reconnaissance drones.
