The Navajo words Hòzho Naasha mean to Walk in Beauty. To be in Hòzho is to be at one with, and part of the world around you. It's the state of being in connection with everything around you. In Balance, Beauty, Harmony and Peace. It's intention is to invoke positive blessings, and is a beautiful way to start any morning. As a hiker, walking in nature is when I feel most connected to the earth and to myself. The last image before the end of this video is of the Navajo Arch in Arches National Park in Utah. A region originally inhabited by Native Americans for thousands of years.
