GOZLEME - Delicious Turkish Street Food freshly made at Shamata Cafe, Green Lanes, London.

I have gone past some of these shops & often wondered what the ladies in the window are rolling out & making. It turns out that they are making Gozleme; a Turkish stuffed flat bread; (similar to a French crepe/pancake or an Indian Masala Dosa or stuffed Paratha), usually freshly rolled out, filled with a savoury (or sweet) filling & then cooked on a domed, metal griddle / hot plate.
