#Akuriontoast is a Parsi-style scrambled eggs popularly relished for breakfast in Parsi households and Parsi Cafes. #recipe #namakshamak #eggrecipes #parsistylegg Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped 1 tsp Green Chilli chopped 2 no. Onion chopped 1 no. Tomato chopped 1no. Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp Turmeric Powder a pinch Butter 1 tbsp Milk ¼ cup Eggs 2 no. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp Bread Toast 2no. Method:- 1. Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, green chillies, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 2. Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 4. Add butter, milk and eggs, mix well. 5. Add chopped coriander, mix well and cook till mixture is soft. 6. Take 2 bread toasts and put the akuri on top of the toast, garnish it with chopped coriander and red chilli powder and serve hot.
