Fanaticism Crackling Lance Currently Not Bad - Those 50% Caster Buffs Are Lookin' Reaaaaal Good

for daily live streams - PoB/Gear/Tree I'd say most self cast caster skills are gonna be pretty solid this league especially given the league mechanic isn't too unfriendly to the stand still playstyle. Still not too sold on playing Fanatacism or Crackling Lance long term, or combining BOTH but they're playable.
