Pattern here : Facebook Group (Free Patterns occasionally) : The first thing I want to make clear is that in the video you will see me using a double layer of worbla as reinforcement/skeletal part, it isn't rigid enought, if you want to make sure the wings can keep themself straight wide open, considering their shape and size (those wings are way bigger then my other wings patterns) you will need to use somethings else as reinforcement, a surekill would be a 3 mm aluminium sheet (I will add an SVG file for the reinforcement part if you want to have them laser cutted), other option are other type of plastic material (more rigid then worbla) or adding aluminium/steel wire as reinforcement, plus if I had to remake them I would use a 2 mm thick leather for the “arm“ part (all the pieces you see in the video are cut from 1 mm thick latigo leather).
