The “I. G. Farben Case“ charged 24 defendants, who were the leaders of the I. G. Farben concern, with spoliation of property in invaded countries and participation in Hitler's slave labor program. Thirteen of the defendants were found guilty and received prison sentences ranging from one to eights years in prison. Otto Ambros and Walter Duerrfeld received the longest sentence.
