13 years ago, NATO forces attacked Libya, hailing the fall and killing of Muammar Gaddafi, and entrenching the country into chaos. Moussa Ibrahim, former spokesperson for the Libyan Government says that, the once-most prosperous African country has become a failed state, thanks to that foreign military incursion of 2011.
