Early look of testing of the Will of the Emperor encounter in Mogu'shan Terrace. . World in Flames 2.0 I failed pretty hard at Arcs early in this attempt, but you'll see me understanding the Arcs the further the attempt goes on. Probably our 5th or so attempt, more like our 2nd or 3rd attempt of us understanding how Devastating Arcs worked. I died, but the other melee did too earlier in the fight. The Arc animation might be getting changed, it might not. A lot of people mention that it's hard to see in the encounter's feedback thread.
