This talk will start with a brief review of Kanban and the different “flavors“ it comes in, followed by an overview of the Kanban Maturity Model. I was a part of the beta workgroup involved from the early stages of the model. I will share examples from my practical application of the model in working with clients: How was the model applied in practical terms, how did it influence the relationship, and which impact did it have on the service? Finally, I will reflect on how the usage of the model has shaped her own thinking in Kanban coaching and consulting
