Gujo Hachiman is a town of water and a castle in Gifu Prefecture. There are canals in the town and people wash vegetables and clothes there. Gujo Hachiman-jo or Gujo Hachiman castle was constructed in 1559 and demolished in 1870. After that, it was reconstructed in 1933.
