Hi Friends, I have gotten a handful of requests for this dish, so today, we make an Iranian appetizer and sandwich favorite, “Salad Olivieh (سالاد الویه) which is “Persian Chicken Salad“ that also includes potatoes and eggs. This is originally a Russian dish, but has been adapted to Persian tastes, and is served mostly as an hors d'oeuvre, or in a sandwich. Take care, please share, and I'll see you soon! Ingredients: - 750 grams Chicken Breast - 5 Eggs - 6 or 7 Potatoes - 1 Small Onion - 1 or 2 Small Carrots - 2 Tablespoon Lime Juice - 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil - 200 Grams Persian Pickled Cucumber (Khiar Soor) - 5 to 7 Full Tablespoon Mayonnaise - 3 Teaspoon Salt (too taste, can use less) - 1 Teaspoon White Pepper Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
