Fractum breaker model 200 breaking a basalt boulder in new Caledonia. Boulder is approx 27 tonne. Material after breakage is max 600 mm. Operators first day. Time for breaking is 8 minutes - capacity is 200 t/h. If max size for broken material is 1000 mm as many mines can accept, the capacity is 400 t/h There will never be a need for secondary blasting.
