Williams started blowing his horn at Megan as she pulled in in front of him. Williams then rear-ended Megan’s car as she was at the speaker. Megan asked the employees to call the police. At 7:19pm, the call came through to the Stow Police Dept reporting at collision on their property. Moments after that Williams got out of his car and approached Megan’s. He then opened fire into her car and then turned the gun on himself. The police then received multiple 911 calls reporting the shooting. Both Megan and Williams were pronounced dead at the scene. Police have no information on the motive behind the incident and there is no indication that the two knew each other. According to information uncovered by Channel 19, back in March Williams was arrested in Hudson for “improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle“ in that he did knowingly transport or have a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was also charged with OVI and open container. He was indicted by a grand jury in April and was out of a $5000 signature bond awaiting trial. A condition of his bond was that he was not allowed to possess any firearms. He also had to wear an alcohol ankle monitor. They also found records showing that he was arrested for OVI last year, and back in 1994 he was arrested for driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon. He pleaded guilty in both cases. It is unknown at this time if Williams was under the influence of any drugs or alcohol at the time of the incident. ⚠️Note: Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. ) All persons featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
