You will push yourself through together with me. 7 MIN of no break - but we are switching positions each 30 sec, so some areas of your core will get the chance to rest a little bit. ☺️ You can do this challenge by itself, maybe when you don't want to train other muscle groups, or you can put it after another workout (like it's suggested today in my workout Plan: Week 2, of September).
