How to Critique Slavoj Žižek Gabriel Rockhill, a member of the liberal Party for Socialism and Liberation, has opportunistically used Zizek's various problematic political stances to smuggle the coarse, sterile, and servile philosophical and metaphysical views of the bourgeois 'sciences' into Marxism. I will expose how he has attempted to throw the baby out with the bathwater in his denunciation of the entire legacy of Slavoj Žižek, and how he fails - utterly - to engage with or properly critique Žižek's actual thought, rather than his pop-political 'takes' or his political history.
