I have used a new type of bluing in the restoration of this old rusty axe. I used burnishing salt on the old multitool so that it is now protected from rust. In this restoration video, I preserved almost all of the parts except for the pins that hold the wooden handles together. Restoring the old hatchet with extra functions required me to file, drill, grind, bluing, work on the lathe, remove rust with vinegar, and more.
