Season the beef by sprinkling it with salt and pepper, then toss it to make sure the seasoning coats the meat. 2. In a large pot, melt some butter over medium heat and add the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onion turns translucent and slightly golden. 3. Add the beef to the pot and stir it until the outside changes from red to brown, which should take around 2-3 minutes. 4. Now it's time to add the flavors! Stir in the garlic, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook for about 4 minutes until the tomato breaks down and becomes soft. 5.
