Healthy Dessert Idea: Chocolate Covered Peach Frozen Yogurt Pops☀️ These are such an easy and yummy dessert for summer🤩 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook that has 100 easy recipes, link is in my profile🥰 • Ingredients: 1 cup diced peaches (2,5 dl, about 2 peaches) 1/2 cup (lactose-free) full-fat Greek yogurt (1,2 dl / 125g) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • Topping: 100-120 g / oz. dark chocolate, melted (80% dark chocolate) 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional: shredded coconut • 1. Mix the diced peaches, yogurt and vanilla extract together 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper and push popsicle sticks into the dollops 3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours 4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil. Dip the pops in melted dark chocolate. Tips for dipping the pops: 1. Make sure that the pops are fully frozen before dipping 2. Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before dipping. 3. Dip the pops quickly because the chocolate sets very fast. Melt the chocolate again if it starts to set in the bowl 5. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer. Let defrost for about 20 minutes before serving
