(the vid has CC!) “We're making it up as we go.“ yeha I recently read a lot of fanfics where Dean rescues Cas from the Empty therefore I decided “IMMA TRY THIS“ and show everyone what ACTUALLY happened after 15x18 because I keep pretending the last two episodes didn't exist Story: Well, first we cover the confession scene and the moment where the big black goo picks up Cas because of his moment of happiness - after that we move on to the fond memories Dean has of Cas and spending the whole next year in grief - full of regrets full of wishes - saying the things he couldn't say to Cas back then in the dungeon. meanwhile Cas is still awake in the Empty because he stays restless since the last few words weren't spoken. The Shadow ain't happy about that and tortures him with memories he has of Dean. On earth, Dean decides to try and get Cas back. And so it happens.
