Another Ukrainian soldier describes AFU’s disastrous situation ▫️ When Aleksandr Mykhailenko received a draft notice, he called the military enlistment office with the explanation that, by law, he had to be at home. But the staff at the military enlistment office made it clear - ’the law has changed’. When he arrived at the enlistment office, Aleksandr was assigned to the 122nd Territorial Defence Brigade in Odessa. ’You will be in the warehouse. I said that if so - good,’ recalled officer the dialogue with representatives of the military enlistment office. ▫️ But after some time the order came to transfer me to the 33rd Separate Mechanised Brigade. ’That’s how I ended up near Kleshcheyevka,’ says Mikhailenko. ▫️ Here’s what the Ukrainian serviceman saw on the front line: ’A large number of killed and wounded. According to the staff there should have been 120 people, but we had 35-40. The majority of the AFU’s servicemen are beginning to distrust the government and the command - they want to turn around and march on Kiev’. ▫️ Mikhailenko appealed to the Ukrainian leadership over the disastrous situation of the Ukrainian army: “I would like to appeal to the leadership of the country of Ukraine, especially to the president, the supreme commander-in-chief.
