Morning routine of a diligent housewife, Cleaning and cleaning, Cooking at home, Vlog Eggplant salad. Peel the eggplants and cut into large pieces. Soak in water. The water can be salted. Chop cherry tomatoes, onions, cilantro. Dredge eggplant in cornstarch and fry in hot oil. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with sauce. Sauce: Sweet ketchup 1 tbsp. l., chili sauce 2 tbsp, 1 tbsp. l. oyster sauce (I didn’t have oyster sauce, so I made it without it) You can take sweet tomato sauce and chop chili peppers into it. #cleaning #cleaningmotivation #gardening
