Friday’s global tech outage has affected millions, causing chaos from airports to hospitals. The crash was triggered by a so-called ’flawed update’ by American cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike for the Microsoft Windows operating system. Meanwhile, many experts insist that this could not have happened without direct intent. RT’s Oumaima Ichchar reports.
