Длиннохвостый осоед/Long-tailed Honey Buzzard, Henicopernis longicauda, Dablin Creek, Papua New Guinea, 23 Sept 2010

Endemic to Papua New Guinea, this is one odd raptor, as this video shows. The genus name is only shared with the Black Honey Buzzard (Henicopernis infuscatus) occurring in New Britain.
