The white boxes, ceiling circles, these are very much like the ones at McGillU, ConcordiaU, Shopping Centres, etc, with some being sonic weapon emitters often used to burn lungs or damage the brain. Two rooms, not sure why in both cases so many.. Targeted at night, lungs, stomach, brain, .. mostly drug addict homeless, no hygiene facilities, no showers, no clean clothes, .. with no protection measures (ex metal cookie sheets) or not subjugated, not a secret police participant, I suspect many prefer to sleep outside for these reasons.
