It's always fun to upload a level that fits the day a little when it's a special occasion, such as Christmas or Halloween. When CuLuC asked me if I wanted to showcase the new megacollab he was in today, I figured it'd be a good idea. That was especially the case after seeing the visuals. It's not like the typical Halloween level you see nowadays. Honestly, I'd say most levels with this theme have gotten a bit too tame, especially ones that use a modern art style which is popular these days. This is more like the “horror“ levels you'd see back in the day, with much rougher visuals overall. That is particularly the case for the block designs, but it's also seen in the decorations, art, color changes, and more. The direction is top-notch in that sense; every part works towards this goal, making for a cohesive experience overall. Of course, some parts may get a little too “messy“ for my personal taste, but I think it works well for the atmosphere. As for the gameplay, with this being an Extreme Demon, it's not for me to comment much about it as usual with these showcases. However, it does synchronize very well to the song, just like the visuals. The verifier also found it enjoyable, which is a decent first sign. It remains to be seen what other people think of it. Either way, it's always cool to see such difficult levels with a theme as nicely executed as this.
