VICTORIA -- Christy Clark wants a bigger slice of the pipeline pie. Until she gets it, she has refused to participate in creating a national energy strategy. Clark says the risks to our province are great but the economic pay off is not. Her pipeline politics dominated news at the Premiers Conference in Halifax which may place strain on her cross border and cross Canada relations. Opposition to the project is still strong in BC while Albertans feel the pipeline is good for Canada. Follow Stephanie Sherlock on Twitter:
