These are the moments before and after Lee Byer kills Thomas O'Halloran in Greenford, west London. 45-year-old Byer killed the 87-year-old in a seemingly random attack in August 2022. He can be seen brandishing a knife in an underpass and then disposing of evidence soon after the killing. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to an indefinite hospitalisation due to a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia.
