Ballet Documentary (51 minutes) - Silver Hugo Award, 1985 Chicago International Film Festival - Best Of Fine Arts. 1986 National Educational Film & Video Festival Silver Feet follows three teenage ballet students through auditions for the SF Ballet school, a critical first step towards a career with the professional company. One succeeds; the other two must come to terms with devastating rejections that bring to an end their life-long dreams. This version includes the PBS 10-year update. Directed and edited by Lise Rubenstein (née Braden) Produced by Lise Rubenstein and Kristine Samuelson Cinematography by Robert Moore Sound by Steven Longstreth
