A triple passive amulet is more damage, but this feels better IMO. No splintering, pure DOT damage. Decent Tyrael Bolt numbers too. Guide will not match the planner 100%, a board was moved, and the flex skill points were assigned. Was using Pyromaniac over Destruction during the actual gameplay footage. Destruction is stronger as it scales Tyrael Bolt and Single target damage better.
