The latest continuation of our Electronic Beats TV series, Talking Dance Music With Daniel Wang, sees the Disco aficionado dissecting the cult classic ‘Dream 2 Science’ by Ben Cenac aka Cozmo D., released under his alias of the same name. As per usual from Daniel’s Talking series, you’re set to receive a detailed breakdown, background and personal stories about the man behind this iconic project, released in 1990 on NYC’s Power Move Records. Hailing from the New York borough of Brooklyn, Ben Cenac’s career has spanned four decades and stylistically meandered through Hip Hop, R&B, Electro, House and more through his numerous projects such as the Garage leaning Sha-lor, Push/Pull, and of course his vital role in the pioneering electro group Newcleus. Dream 2 Science, both track and LP, have stood the test of time to this day, the album saw a re-issue from Rush Hour in 2012 and is once again put back in the spotlight here, courtesy of Daniel Wang.
