The initial build and maiden: I provide an update on some changes I've made since the initial build. Importantly, the DJI Vista VTX unit wasn't getting enough airflow so I've done some mods and seem to have fixed the issue (Summer flying will be the real test!) I've also upgraded the motor and motor mount, so the plane is all sorted for efficient cruising on 4S now. Dropping down to a slightly lower-kV has improved throttle resolution, which will help when flying formation. The plane still managed to hit 155 kph with a tailwind on the first flight after the upgrade though!
