This time I have filmed a limited edition street legal car: the KTM X Bow GT XR. Just like in the GTX, behind the cockpit lies a five-cylinder from Audi coupled to a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission, basically the same engine as can be found in the RS 3, for example. In the X-Bow GT-XR, it pumps out 501 hp to the rear wheels, considerably more power than in an RS 3, but a scant 30 hp less than in the X-Bow GTX. Not that you're short on power, because thanks to the largely carbon fiber monocoque, the weight is limited to 1,130 kilos. That is almost 90 kilos more than the track version, so in combination with the slightly lower power, it doesn't achieve its ratio of 1 hp per kg. But you can count on it still being bloody, really bloody fast. Liked the video? Click the 'like' button, comment, and feel free to subscribe! Click the 🔔 bell to join the notification squad!
