The Drag Queen Gala is a carnival event in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria . It consists of a musical show, in which the main event is a drag queens contest , enlivened with other performances by singers and dance numbers. The Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria included this show for the first time in 1998 in its program, which, with the passage of time, has become one of the most popular festivals.
