While involuntary mobilization of fighting age men is common on the streets of Ukraine (and in the back of certain unmarked vans), this latest video comes not from Ukraine, but from neighboring Poland. Those who left Kiev for Warsaw are now being ‘invited’ to return by uniformed men in the street, although this particular officer is armed merely with a clipboard. According to this man’s wife, the contents of that clipboard are mobilization papers, and a pen with which to sign.
