Our new film, ’Leningrad Unbreakable,’ commemorates the 80th anniversary of the city’s liberation from a prolonged 872-day Nazi siege. Throughout it, the German Army fired 150,000 artillery shells and dropped more than 107,000 incendiary and explosive bombs. But the people of Leningrad never stopped fighting for the city’s liberation. Manufacturing kept going, with factories sending vital armaments to the Red Army. Tens of thousands donated blood to treat wounded soldiers on the Leningrad front. See our premiere ‘Leningrad Unbreakable’, recounting the unforgotten feats of the Soviet city’s people.
