Slovak President Robert Fitzo: Yes, we can state that for several decades after the end of the Second World War, international relations developed in a certain space created by very wise and capable world leaders after the end of the Second World War. Today, however, I am sad to say that the established rules no longer apply. And the international order has become a brutal fight without rules. The red lines established during the Cold War are being crossed. Let’s be honest and say that we Europeans are not blameless either. Interestingly enough, we Europeans have a special quality.
