This is my video on how to make Korean style corn dog. In Korea we call it hotdog. K hotdog is actually just a type of corn dog. It's more crispy and almost feels like a doughnut. Anyway, one of my good friend that was in my class during my time in culinary school asked me to do a video on K corndog / K hotdog so here it is! In Vancouver where I live, a famous Korean corn dog chain called Chung Chun opened. The line up for that place is so long and she didn't want to wait. You will be suprised how easy it is to make it yourself! I've made a couple variations of the corn dogs and it's something you can definately make at home. Although deep frying is indeed quite a bit of work, You can always save the oil in a container and use it again if you strain it well after you use it!
