55y/o male, r’t tibia fx s/p ORIF, for removal of implants (interlocking nail). He received femoral nerve block and sciatic nerve block for operation. 下針處：Femoral crease, femoral artery 外側1.5公分 Quadriceps contraction patella dancing were noted. Injection pain was noted during first 2ml injection, and the needle was pulled back 1mm, then re-inject 2ml. Local anesthetics: 2% Lidocaine 18ml 0.5% Marcaine 6ml
